I hope you were able to use one of my suggestions of Random Acts of Kindness last week. Did you make somebody smile? This week, I have more ideas for you to try. Remember, just do one of these a week and you will bless others as well as yourself.
Buy a stranger a pizza. I would like to be that stranger. I need to do this. Wouldn’t that surprise someone?
Distribute lollipops to kids. Remember to ask the parents’ permission. Seeing smiles on children’s faces is the best feeling in the world. When children smile, no matter what part of the world, rich or in poverty, it warms my heart.
Hand out balloons to passersby. Everyone loves balloons. You don’t have to be a child to receive them and smile. As much as I like flowers, when I was in the hospital, I really wanted to receive a bouquet of balloons. (and I did)
Give free soda to motorists. I think everyone enjoys receiving anything free. My Moto: Free is for Me!
Wipe rain off shopping carts or hold umbrellas for shoppers on the way to their cars. They may give you a strange look or even want you to help but spreading the kindness needs to start somewhere.
Give coffee to people on their way to work in the morning. They will welcome it, I’m sure. (I know my hubby would)
